He most recently was the executive chef at The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming where they were awarded Conde Nast No.1Resort in the United States, No.1 Dude Ranch in the United States and No. 2 Hotel & Resort in the World. He was also awarded Back of House Manager of the Year and Food & Beverage Team of the Year. Anderson grew up in Northeastern Colorado on a farm in the South Platte River Basin. Growing up, his family farmed shell corn, silage corn, pinto beans and alfalfa on about 1,000 acres of land and raised 1,000 head of Yorkshire, Hampshire, Duroc and Crossbred hogs. Anderson completed his culinary training at Johnson & Wales in Denver, Colo.
