information on becoming a vendor at our 2015 event!

Compassion Queen Creek 2015 is just around the corner once again. MARCH 28, 2015 !!! This is our 5 year and
we are revamping our process a little in order to better serve you as a vendor and the guests coming to the event.
Changes that are occurring: ALL VENDORS, have to complete the short registration attached. This has to be
emailed back to Linda Japenga @ [email protected] . DEADLINE – 3/15/15. Of course the earlier the better 
Due to help reduce costs of the event and to help put money towards much needed mobile dental equipment, Tshirts will not be given to vendors this year. If you want to purchase a T-shirt for $10 on the day of the event,
please note that on the registration form.
Registration cost: $30 – that is the average cost to serve one guest receiving either dental or medical care. In the
past we have waived this fee for any non-profits; however, I urge you to consider as looking at your organization
sponsoring a guest for the day! Perhaps you could do a change jar in the office, or just simply ask for donations.
Some organizations have jean Fridays and then give that money to an event/organization like this. I urge you to at
least try to come up with this registration fee. If you absolutely cannot – please let me know, we still would love to
have you come and participate.
We will be providing lunch for vendors so we just need a general idea of how many volunteers you will have at the
event at lunch time.

As mentioned above, we would like anyone that is able to sponsor a guest for the day. Perhaps your organization
could sponsor more than one. Our program is given out to all participants coming through the event – over 500
guests and the many of volunteers that attend.
I am so looking forward to having old friends back and new friends joining us. Please if you know of an organization
